1. Who We Are
Ultimate Invoice Printer (the "App") and this website (the "Site") are provided by Droid Infinity ("we", "us"), a business based in Chennai, India. You can reach us at support@droidinfinity.xyz.
2. The Service
The App is a Shopify application that generates, customises and delivers PDF documents, such as invoices and estimates, from the orders and draft orders in a Shopify store, and that offers related features such as automation, customer download links, Shopify Flow connectors and an API. The App runs inside the Shopify admin and depends on the Shopify platform, its APIs and its terms.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
The App is for merchants operating a Shopify store. By installing it you confirm that you are authorised to act for that store and to accept these terms on its behalf. Access is granted through Shopify's app installation and permissions; there is no separate account with us.
4. Plans, Trials and Billing
- Plans, their monthly document allowances and prices are shown in the App and on the Site. Billing is handled entirely through Shopify's billing system and appears on your Shopify invoice; we never collect or store payment card details.
- Paid plans begin with a free trial of the length shown at the time of subscription. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Upgrades apply immediately. A downgrade to a cheaper paid plan applies at the start of the next billing cycle. Selecting the free plan cancels the paid subscription immediately.
- Each successfully generated document counts toward the monthly allowance. When the allowance is reached, document generation pauses until you upgrade or the allowance resets.
- Refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not refunded for a partial billing period.
- We may change prices or plan contents with reasonable notice through the App or the Site; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legal adequacy of every document the App produces for you, including the data in your Shopify store, the wording of your templates, your tax settings and the numbering sequence you configure.
- The App does not calculate tax and does not give tax or legal advice. It presents the amounts Shopify calculates and prints notices (for example a reverse-charge statement) based on settings you choose. Confirm with your accountant or adviser that your documents meet the requirements that apply to you.
- You must have the right to send documents to the customer addresses you use, and to use the logos, fonts and content you upload.
- You will not use the App to send unsolicited email, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to access other stores' data, to interfere with the service, or in breach of Shopify's terms.
6. Your Data
We process store, order and customer data only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of that data; we act as your processor. Generated PDFs are stored for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy and are deleted when you uninstall the App or when Shopify instructs us to erase them.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, the Site, the built-in document themes and all related software and content are owned by Droid Infinity or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them with your Shopify store while you have the App installed. Templates you create from a theme may be used only with the App. Your own data, logos and content remain yours.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we offer no service-level commitment. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Shopify and on cloud providers for hosting, storage and email delivery. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services. Links from the Site to other websites are provided for convenience only.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that documents produced by the App comply with any particular legal or tax requirement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droid Infinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or the Site. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in that period.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify Droid Infinity against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, from the documents you issue, or from your use of the App in violation of law or of a third party's rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store, which also ends any paid subscription in line with section 4. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by Shopify or by law. Sections 5 to 7 and 10 to 15 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the App or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
15. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Droid Infinity about the App and the Site. You may not assign them without our consent. Ultimate Invoice Printer is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Shopify Inc.
