Page numbers, payment date, amount due and line discounts

Optional rows and settings that make an invoice complete: where each one is switched on and when it prints.

Updated 2026-10-18

Page numbers

Footer block → Show Page Numbers. Printed as "1 / 2" at the bottom of every PDF page. Because the browser's print engine cannot add them, switching this on makes single Print use the PDF and makes Bulk Print use the accurate mode.

Payment date

Invoice Details block → Show Payment Date (on by default). Prints the date the last successful payment was captured; the row is hidden until the order is paid.

Amount due

Totals block → Show Amount Due (on by default, invoices only). Prints under the grand total only while something is still owed: the full total on an unpaid order, the remainder on a partially paid one, nothing once paid.

Line discounts

Line Items block → Show Line Discounts (on by default). A line with its own discount prints the original unit price struck through next to the discounted one. Order-level discount codes stay in the Totals block, and the subtotal is the sum of the line amounts as printed, so a code is never counted twice.

Data-gated blocks

Payment Method prints once money has been collected, Shipping Method when the order has a shipping line, and Ship To can hide itself on orders without a shipping address. Each also has a Hide This Block setting.
