Counting documents
Every successfully generated PDF counts as one document, invoices and estimates together. Reusing an existing PDF, a failed generation, or a regeneration that produces an identical document does not count.
At 75% and at the limit
The app header always shows "47 / 100 documents used this month". At 75% you get an in-app banner and an email. At the limit, generation pauses with an upgrade prompt; nothing already generated is affected, and automatic runs are recorded as skipped.
Reset
The count resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused documents do not roll over.
