Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling
Trials, when a plan change takes effect, and what cancelling keeps.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Shopify's approval page shows the charge; you are not billed until the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Upgrading
Open Plans in the app, pick the plan and approve it on Shopify's page. The new limit and features apply immediately.
Downgrading
A downgrade to a cheaper paid plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; until then the current plan stays. Choosing the free plan applies at once because the paid subscription is cancelled at once.
Declining a change
If you decline the new charge on Shopify's approval page, nothing changes: your current plan stays active.
Cancelling
Select the free plan and confirm. The paid subscription ends immediately with no further charges. Your templates, settings, documents and PDFs are kept; features above the free plan become unavailable until you upgrade again. Uninstalling the app deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
