Bulk print, send and download
Select up to 25 orders at a time; sends run in the background with a progress list, downloads arrive as a ZIP.
Selecting orders
On the app's Orders or Draft Orders page tick the rows you want (the selection survives paging, up to 25). In the Shopify admin, select orders on the orders list and use the Print or Bulk actions menu.
Bulk Send
Each order is queued as its own email. A progress list shows every row flipping from Sending to Sent (with the address) or Failed (with the reason). You can close the list; the sends continue. A suppressed address (a previous hard bounce or complaint) fails with that reason instead of being sent.
Bulk Print
Settings → General → Bulk Printing offers two modes. Fast concatenates the rendered pages for the browser's print engine. Accurate renders each invoice as a PDF and merges them, which keeps every invoice's exact page margins and per-order styling; it is slower. With page numbers switched on, bulk print always uses the accurate mode.
Bulk Download
The PDFs arrive as one ZIP. If some orders could not be rendered, the ZIP contains the rest and a message tells you how many were left out, so a short archive never looks complete.
