Why did my invoice email not arrive?
The checks to run when a customer says the invoice never came: plan, test mode, suppression list, sender domain, and the document's own history.

1. Read the document's history
Open the order in the app, or find it on History. The latest event tells you what happened: Sent with the address, Delivered, Bounced or Complained with the reason the mail provider gave, or Failed with the app's reason.
2. Was the send refused?
- Plan: email sending needs the Medium Business plan or higher; on the free plan the Send button is replaced by Download.
- Test Mode: while it is on, every email goes to your own address, not the customer. Check Settings → Email & Delivery.
- Delivery Issues: an address that hard-bounced or complained earlier is suppressed, and a send to it fails with that reason. Remove it from the list once the address is fixed.
- Monthly limit: at the plan limit nothing is generated; the history shows the skipped run.
3. Was it delivered but not seen?
- Ask the customer to check spam. Until your sending domain is verified (DKIM and the mail-from domain), emails go out from the app's fallback sender, which some filters treat with suspicion. Verify the domain under Settings → Email & Delivery.
- Confirm the address on the order is right; the app always sends to the order's email, with any CC or BCC you configured.
4. Resend
Use Resend on the History row or Send on the order page. If the PDF is unchanged the existing file is attached again and nothing is billed.
